Equipment List

CLOTHING:  During the day/night it is hot and humid. If you are prone to chafing it is a good idea to wear a pair of lycra gym shorts under ordinary shorts. Or make sure that you vaseline those areas well prior to starting out each day. We must be prepared for rain, everything must be in dry sacks/water proof bags to store spare clothing, sleeping bag etc within your pack.  This will ensure you always have something dry to put on in the evenings. You do not want to get your sleeping bag wet. We wear swimmers/sunhats on either the kayaks or Stand ups. Make sure you take a long sleeved shirt to wear over your swimmers. The sun is brutal out on the water.
